To use TefiHub, you must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate and truthful information, and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws. Organizations using TefiHub must ensure that the person registering the account has the authority to represent the organization.

When creating an account on TefiHub, you agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and notify TefiHub immediately of unauthorized account access. Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts. TefiHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

TefiHub provides services including professional networking, job listings and recruitment, sharing professional content, and connecting professionals and organizations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful and professional purposes.

Users may publish content such as posts, comments, job listings, company profiles, resumes, and professional information. By submitting content on TefiHub, you grant TefiHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content on the platform. Users remain responsible for the content they publish.

Organizations may publish job listings on TefiHub. Organizations agree that job postings must be legitimate employment opportunities, provide accurate job descriptions, and comply with applicable employment laws. TefiHub does not guarantee the accuracy of job postings and is not responsible for interactions between employers and job seekers.

TefiHub allows users to connect with other professionals, follow organizations, and share professional insights and content. Users are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment when interacting with others.

All platform technology, design, trademarks, and content owned by TefiHub are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy platform code or design, reverse engineer platform features, or reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission.

TefiHub may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.

TefiHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful activity, or attempt to exploit the platform. Users may request account deletion at any time.

TefiHub provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. TefiHub is not responsible for user-generated content, employment decisions between employers and candidates, or losses resulting from platform use. Users assume responsibility for their interactions on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TefiHub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business or employment opportunities, or data loss or platform interruptions.

TefiHub may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes occur, users will be notified through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TefiHub operates.
